3. Libraries

The information collected in tables 3a and 3b will be used in the preparation of the 2010-11 Governor's Budget. It will assist in articulating resource requirements and reporting the workload information of the University's libraries.

As usual, UC Berkeley and UCLA are requested to prepare separate forms for Northern/Southern Regional Library Facilities apart from general library budget.

Table 3a: Library Expenditures - 2009-10 Budgeted Funds:
This table is to reflect the July 1, 2007 Adjusted Budget as reported in the final run of the BSC2305 (or equivalent).

Table 3b: Library Expenditures- 2008-09 Actual Expenditures of Budgeted and Nonbudgeted Funds:
The source for this table is the final run of the campus equivalent of the BD 110, i.e., actual expenditures for budgeted/nonbudgeted funds.

Both tables are due on October 2, 2009.
